1. Who we are

PetFlightsFinder (petflightsfinder.com) is operated by Allfinanz Proconsulting S.R.L., Șos. Giurgiului nr. 124, Sector 4, Bucharest, Romania, registered under no. J40/13722/2016, tax ID (CUI) 36647874. Contact: contact@petflightsfinder.com.

2. What PetFlightsFinder is

PetFlightsFinder is a free information service that summarizes airline rules for traveling with pets. We are not an airline, travel agency or veterinary service, and we do not sell tickets or book pet transport.

3. Information only: always confirm with the airline

We check each airline’s official policy and show the date of our last check, but airlines change their rules, fees and route restrictions without notice. Our summaries are a guide, not legal, veterinary or travel advice. Before you book, confirm the current rules with the airline and the entry requirements of every country on your route. You are responsible for your pet’s documents, health and welfare.

4. Your account

You need to be at least 16 years old to create an account. Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You can delete your account at any time from the My pets page.

5. Fair use

Don’t misuse the service: no scraping or copying our database in bulk, no attempts to break the site’s security, no unlawful or abusive content.

6. Links and affiliate partners

We link to airlines and other websites we don’t control. Some links may be affiliate links: if you buy through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. This never changes what we write about an airline’s rules. As an Amazon Associate, PetFlightsFinder earns from qualifying purchases made through links to Amazon.

7. Intellectual property

The site’s design, texts and compiled database belong to Allfinanz Proconsulting S.R.L. Airline names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

8. Liability

We work hard to keep information accurate, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the summaries, such as a pet being refused at check-in. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms of use and applicable law

We may update these terms of use and will show the date above. Romanian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. You can also use the EU dispute resolution bodies available to consumers. In Romania, the consumer protection authority is ANPC.
