This privacy policy explains what personal data PetFlightsFinder collects, why we need it, and which rights you have under the GDPR.

1. Controller
Allfinanz Proconsulting S.R.L., Șos. Giurgiului nr. 124, Sector 4, Bucharest, Romania, J40/13722/2016, CUI 36647874, is the controller of the personal data processed on petflightsfinder.com. Contact for privacy questions: contact@petflightsfinder.com.
2. What we collect and why
| Searching (no account) | We don’t store your searches. The search runs in your browser. Our host keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, time) for security. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). |

| Pet profiles and saved airlines | Pet name, species, breed, weight, carrier weight, snub-nosed yes/no, optional birthday, and the airlines you save. Used to pre-fill searches and send alerts you ask for. Legal basis: contract. |
| Newsletter | Your email and your choice. Sent only if you tick the box; you can unsubscribe anytime. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). |
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies. Used to see which pages are useful. Legal basis: consent. |
| Emails you send us | Your message and email address, to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest. |
3. How long we keep data
Account and pet data: until you delete your account. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: up to 14 months in Google Analytics. Server logs: as set by our host, usually a few weeks. Emails: up to 2 years after our last exchange.
4. Who receives data
Our hosting provider (Hostinger), Google (Analytics, only with your consent) and, when we start sending newsletters, an email service provider bound by a data processing agreement. We don’t sell your data. Where data is transferred outside the EEA (for example to Google in the United States), it is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, ask for a copy (portability) and withdraw consent at any time. You can download your data or delete your account yourself on the My pets page, or write to contact@petflightsfinder.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or the authority in your country.
6. Children
PetFlightsFinder is not intended for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly create accounts for them.
7. Security and changes to this privacy policy
We use HTTPS, encrypted passwords and access controls. We’ll update this privacy policy when our processing changes and show the date above.
