About

Flying with pets shouldn’t be this hard. Hi, I’m Eduard. I’ve looked after more dogs, cats and assorted small creatures than I can count, and I’ve lost whole evenings trying to work out which airline would let them fly with me.

That’s why I built PetFlightsFinder: a free tool that makes flying with pets simpler, with the official rules of 62 airlines in one place.

Every airline hides its pet rules somewhere different. One says 8 kg, another says “must fit under the seat”, a third quietly bans pets to half of Europe. PetFlightsFinder puts all of it in one place, in plain English, checked against each airline’s official page.

Why flying with pets needed a better tool

Most pet owners only find out about an airline’s pet rules after they’ve booked. However, by then it’s often too late to change: the cabin spots are gone, the carrier is too big, or the destination only accepts pets as cargo. That’s why PetFlightsFinder checks the rules before you book. In addition, every airline page links to the official policy, so you can confirm the details yourself. Our goal is simple: fewer surprises at check-in, and calmer trips for you and your pet.

How we check the rules for flying with pets

We read each airline’s official pet page and record the cabin and hold limits, carrier sizes, fees and restrictions. Every airline page shows when we last checked it. If you spot a change, tell us at contact@petflightsfinder.com and we’ll update it.
